Hiring Recruiter (UAE)
Job Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Architecture, Infrastructure, or Urban Design Consultancy industry.
Skills and Qualities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law practices and recruiting strategies.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing platforms.
Understanding of talent acquisition metrics and analytics.
Excellent organizational skills.
Willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in using Workday would be advantageous.
Experience in recruiting technical/non-technical positions.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, and evaluate candidate resumes and applications.
Interviewing: Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Talent Acquisition: Develop relationships with universities, job fairs, and other talent acquisition avenues.
Database Management: Maintain candidate databases and manage the recruitment process.
Background Checks: Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires.
Onboarding: Handle offer negotiations and the onboarding process for new hires.
