Job Description
- Provide commercial support in reviewing and negotiating contracts and contract variations to establish clear obligations and acceptable liabilities to safeguard the business interests.
- Support and assist Project Managers in the execution of the Contracts to ensure adherence to the confines of those Contracts to provide early warning of any issues or risks outside of the Contract scope.
- Act as the commercial interface with customers and effectively manage commercial relationships.
- Communicate and hold workshops with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization.
- Drive fresh initiatives for business systems.
- Arabic language-speaking candidates.
