Job Description:

Experience in Telecom Testing and Test management
Experience in API, BSS, OSS Testing
Experience in Jira , Confluence , Real time dashboard reporting
Experience in Defect management and Follow-ups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Monitor, manage and enforce quality gate processes to prevent defect seepage into downstream test processes or production
Review all non- functional requirements that are passing through the area to ensure they are clear and testable
Ensure test requirement tractability and coverage
Work closely with the test leads across other technical areas to ensure there is a joined up and end to end testing for programme
Monitor key metrics to drive decisions and initiatives around test process for continuous improvements
Continually assess tool usage in the test function to ensure optimum performance and work with the tools team to drive improvements and change where necessary
Initiate and implement the use of a QA knowledge base in the 13.Testing area and also ensure that there is ongoing maintenance of knowledge artefacts
