Food Safety & Hygiene Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
HACCP in Practice (Level 3 Award in Food Safety)
Advanced Food Hygiene (Level 4 Award in Food Safety)
Minimum 3 years of experience working in the hospitality industry. Able to prioritize tasks and self-manage a workload
Familiarity with the UAE Health & Safety & Food Safety regulations is required with exposure to online quality assurance
ISO 22000 certifications would be an advantage
