Job Overview:Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects in B2C sector, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Help meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our companys rapid and sustainable growth. The role involves face-to-face sales-based communications with customers. Owning and managing the strategic business growth through existing customers as well as onboarding new customers.Responsibilities:Strategically Develop Pipeline: Create and implement strategies to expand the customer base by introducing innovative service offerings tailored to the B2C sector.Conduct Market Research: Identify opportunities within the B2C market, evaluate customer needs, and analyze trends to refine service offerings.Develop Quotations and Proposals: Tailor quotes and proposals specifically for potential B2C customers, highlighting the value of the services.Track and Report Activity: Monitor and record B2C account activity, providing weekly sales reports and contributing to Group sales meetings.Review and Adjust Customer Rates: Regularly assess and adjust rates for B2C customers as needed, ensuring competitiveness and value.Seek Sales Opportunities: Actively explore B2C sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, social media, and other relevant channels.Create Sales Reviews and Reports: Generate regular reviews and reports with B2C-specific sales and financial data, supporting forecast visibility and budget goals.Maintain Quality Service: Establish and enforce organization standards for quality service in collaboration with relevant divisions, ensuring customer satisfaction.Provide Market Feedback: Research and provide intelligence on the competitive B2C market landscape.Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads from B2C-focused events and initiatives.CRM Management: Own and regularly update the CRM tool with B2C-specific data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Customer Value Enhancement: Increase the value of current B2C customers while attracting new ones.Participate in Industry Events: Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events relevant to the B2C sector.Go To Market Pipeline and Strategy: Own and manage the Go-To-Market Pipeline and Strategy with a specific focus on B2C.Collaborate with Partnership Success Managers: Work closely with Partnership Success Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new B2C customers and provide support for existing ones.Qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience4 – 5 years prior industry related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-orientedStrong knowledge of sales Management, E-Commerce and Customer Service
