Description:
Key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to:
1.tLabor & Immigration Department Liaison
.tCollect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labor and immigration rules to keep the Management abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.
.tSubmit, follow-up on all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business.
.tRenew, update, and maintain all employees work permits and residencies in a timely manner to ensure that company’s records are up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments.
.tDeal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service
.tRenew, and update the trade licenses and other government certificates to ensure that the documents are up to date.
.tAssist departments in resolving any issues related to registration and renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as and when it is required.
.tObtain visas from other Embassies in UAE for staff members for their business travel.
.tArrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required.
.tMaintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times
2.tFollow safe work practices and adhere to company guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe manner.
3.tOther duties as requested from time to time by the Office Head of Public Relations.

Qualifications:
-UAE National
-Diploma/ Certificate from a recognized University.
-Experienced in visa and other transactions, knowledge of local Labour Law.
-Good command English and Arabic both written and spoken.
-Valid Driving License.
-The ability to manage a heavy workload, with a close attention to detail.
-The ability to work autonomously, reviewing your work on a regular basis while consistently meeting your objectives.
-Strong team working capabilities. Committed to working with all levels of management on a daily and ongoing basis.
-A proactive approach, working effectively in co-ordinating activities and complex tasks, taking professional responsibility in all matters.
-Be of the highest calibre: punctual, attentive and competent in adhering to COMPANY’s policies, procedures and working practices.
-A flexible approach to working hours with occasional weekend work if required.
