Job Description

• Agent to check Social Media networks at all time relating to Brand
• Guide customers on available BRAND product and services, packages , value added services
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
• Agent to follow-up and check complaint status with the concerned department by emails and through Ticketing systems
• Communicate in a helpful and friendly manner with every customer
• log in customer queries in BRAND provided Applications and resolve customer complaints

What we are looking for

• Social media awareness and active user of SM like Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp Instagram
• Excellent command of Arabic and English language
• Typing speed of 30 – 35 words per minute in both languages
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work in all shifts
• 6 Months Valid Qatari RP (Mandatiory Work permit)
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good Computer literacy – MS Word, Outlook, Internet and Intranet system
• Good knowledge of Telecommunication products and services

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: QAR3,000.00 – QAR4,500.00 per month

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
