Job Description
- Inbound Call Center Agent in Rotational Shifts of 9 Hours a Day , 6 days a week
QAR 3500-4500 fixed salary plus incentives.
What we are looking for
- Excellent command of Arabic and English language
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work in all shifts
- 6 Months Valid Qatari RP (Mandatiory Work permit)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good Computer literacy – MS Word, Outlook, Internet and Intranet system
- Good knowledge of Telecommunication products and services

Contract length: 6 months
Salary: QAR3,500.00 – QAR4,500.00 per month
