We are hiring an IT Support Officer

For those who can immediately join (Visit or Canceled Visa) any nationality with UAE experience.

IT Support – Skills & Qualification:

Installation and setup of structured network
Installation and configuration of server and desktop
Antivirus, Internal Security, and endpoint security installation
IT server and network technical support for installation and Configuration of IP and CCTV solution
Installation and configurational Attendance and access control system
Installation and Configuration of IP and analog telephone system
Installation and configuration of Active Directory DC, DHCP, Exchange Server
Created ADC Group policies and deploy them to users/groups
Resolve hardware issues in desktop computers
Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
Fixing network faults
Installation and configuration of multifunctional printers
Hardware and service of RICOH multifunctional printers
Troubleshooting printer issues
Day-to-day monitoring of network use
Installing new software
Technical support onsite/remote
