Job Description and Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POST INCLUDE:

A recognized PhD in faculty related major.
The candidate should be able to teach a range of courses in the discipline.
The candidate should have teaching experience at least one year.
The candidate should have well and considerable publication record in well-respected international journals and conferences.
The ability to work in a team with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good research experience.
Good IT skills.

PACKAGE:

Attractive salary commensurate with qualifications/experience + housing and
transportation allowance.
Medical insurance for Omani staff (grant for staff only).
Medical insurance for Non- Omani staff, spouse and 2 children under 18 living in Oman.
Two year contract renewable subject to mutual agreement between the two parties (for
non-Omani).
Seven weeks paid annual leave and return air travel for staff, spouse and 2 children under  18 to country of origin.
End of contract gratuity (for non-Omani).
