Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Specialist located in Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island. The Food and Beverage Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day food and beverage service operations, including delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory, sourcing food and beverage products, creating new menu items, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate should be flexible with working hours.

Qualifications

• Food Service and Food & Beverage skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to create positive customer experiences
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and team members
• Culinary Skills, including knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in food and beverage industry
• Experience in inventory management and ordering food and beverage products
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field
