Hiring Visa Specialist
Experience: Minimum 1 year UAE Experience in Visa applications
Guide and describe applicants about complete visa process.
Able to handle emergency cases/conflict cases.
Communicate clearly and effectively with applicants in person, phone calls and emails
Maintaining spreadsheets on assigned clients
Responsible for the arrangement of visas, timely submission and pick up of applications; regularly liaise with various consulates/embassies as appropriate and arrange payment for visa procurement.
Responsible for processing visa applications: Investor, Employee, Dependent, Golden visas
End-of-day, weekly and monthly comprehensive reports
