Hiring Office Assistant Manager (Human Resources)
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2years of experience in human resources or office management.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the HR department.
Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries.
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.
Handle employee relations issues and assist in resolving conflicts or concerns.
Manage employee leave and attendance records.
Assist in payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
