Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests;
Responsible for the recruitment for various positions, and responsible for the calculation and distribution of employee salary;
Responsible for the application and handling of various types of visas and personnel related documents and permits required by the company;
Assit in vehicle deployment, dormitory management and office supplies procurement;
Complete other assigned tasks by the general manager.
Job requirement:
Bachelor degree or above, business management, human resources and other majors related are preferred;
More than 2 years of experience in human resources;
Familiar with relevant UAE national policies, regulations and operational procedures of various practices, and it is better to be familiar with various functional modules of human resources management;
Personnel operators familiar with ERPNext are preferred;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
Strong planning execution, steady and meticulous work, active thinking, innovative spirit and good sense of teamwork.
Salary is negotiable.
