Job Description and Requirements
Job Title: HR Specialist I – Organization Development (OD)
Education and Licensure
Minimum (Bachelor) degree in HR Management, Business Administrative or any related field from accredited University or College
Preferred any certifications in the human resources such as Human Resource Management (SHRM) and CIPD
Professional Experience:
Minimum of (2) year experience in HR, Preferred in Organizations Development.
Preferably working in hospital.
General Knowledge & Skills:
High English language proficiency in writing, reading and speaking.
Strong Computer skills especially in Microsoft office Excel is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very well interpersonal and customer relation skills
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
Recruitment and selection of employees.
Training and development.
Performance Management.
