Taking of clear & thorough minutes & action points, from all the meetings of COO.
Ensuring a high level of organisations in the collating of all notes taken.
Consistent follow up with various departments to ensure implementation of action points taken.
Regular interaction & phone calls with the COO’s reportees.
Creation of presentations and summarizing information in a clear & easy to digest manner.
Maintaining confidentiality of all corporate matters.
Very strong English written and verbal communication.
Must have very strong interpersonal skills.
Very good administrative & organization skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Highly motivated, organized, mission-driven individual.
