Hiring Customer Engagement Executive (CEE)
Relevant Experience: 5+ Years.
Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for development of strategies for customer retention activities.
Will work with the internal stakeholders and its partners to understand and analyze customer behavior and trends to enhance our customer’s experience.
Effectively communicating with the customer and keeping them engaged
Coordinating with customer and scheduling meetings
Following updates from leads to revenue in CRM portal
Requirements for this role may include:
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Effective communication skills
Detail-oriented
