Job Purpose:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating requirements into actionable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments, to gather and document business needs, conduct data analysis, and propose effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories
2. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
3. Utilize a variety of analytical tools and techniques to perform analysis and extract meaningful insights to support decision making
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices
5. Collaborate with IT and Operations to underpin deep understanding and alignment on business requirements
6. Assist in the design, testing and implementation of new systems, processes and applications
7. Conduct user acceptance testing and provide implementation support on key initiatives to ensure successful delivery
8. Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to assess their effectiveness and propose enhancements as needed
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis, process improvement and customer experience
