Site ManagerQualificationsBachelor?s or Master?s degree in Food Safety / Food science/ or other related degrees* Develop and provide directions and guidance to the day-to-day catering operations team. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and work to implement with management. * Manage and Inspect all Food Safety and Hygiene Activities of Company Units. * Reviews and keep abreast of the developments in the area of Hygiene and Food Safety. * Updates Food Safety& Hygiene and Halal Manual * Coordination with all the relevant govt. and non-govt regulatory bodies. * Review & develop existing policies, standard operating procedures, and Practices related to Food Safety & Hygiene and propose relevant changes & amendments * Responsible for developing new policies, processes & procedures related to Hygiene & Food Safety for IFC units. * Review Hygiene & Food Safety Manual and carry out amendment as per requirements of customer / Third party auditor * Manage Food Safety management systems (FSMS) and design the implementation of the HACCP and FSMS (ISO 22000) in SACC Unit. * Sort out policies/procedures related to Food Safety. * Plan & participate FSMS Internal audits of SACC unit * Review External Auditor HACCP/FSMS Audit results and follow up on Food Safety and Hygiene observations highlighted by the Auditor. * Manage all activities and related FSMS. * Conducts investigations regarding customers complaints * Liaises with other departments of segments (QMS, Safety, Security & Medical) for any requirement. * Prepare Budget for the Food safety team in the unit. * Establish and follow up on Departmental Objectives/KPIs and action plans. * Plan training requirements for all departments. * Develop FSMS Training Packages for Food Handlers. * Whenever delegated, involve in projects, studies, and experiments related to Hygiene & Food safety. .Skills* Able to develop, design, and update FSMS Manual * Sound knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene, ISO 22000, and HACCP. * Looks for ways to improve our success operationally and through people. * Ability to coordinate with various business segments for Quality, Hygiene & Food Safety related issues through understanding processes and approaches. * Drive for results by inspiring others * Inspire organization to build effective work relationships based on strengths and focused on achieving organizational goals. * Problem solver and team player. * Analysis of the data and act accordingly.EducationFood Safety / Food science/ or other related degrees Job Location Cairo, Egypt Job Role Hospitality and Tourism Years of Experience Max: 10 Residence Location Cairo, Egypt
