We are seeking a talented and driven Russian-speaking Real Estate Agent/Networker to help Sarafex expand, a leading cryptocurrency OTC exchange in Dubai. In this job, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Russian individuals who are interested in investing in Dubai’s real estate market using cryptocurrency, but also other high-volume purchases like cars, watches and similar.Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain a network of Russian individuals interested in purchasing properties and other high-volume assets in Dubai using cryptocurrency• Actively reach out to potential clients and provide them with information about Sarafex’s cryptocurrency OTC exchange services• Collaborate with real estate agencies to expand the reach of Sarafex in the Russian community• Stay updated on the latest cryptocurrency and real estate market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients• Attend networking events and conferences to expand the reach of Sarafex and build relationships with potential clientsRequirements:• Fluent in Russian and English• Proven experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the real estate market• Basic understanding of the cryptocurrency market and trading processes is a plus• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the business development process• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders• Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growthThis is a part-time position, with payment based on commission for every deal brought to Sarafex.
