*Sand & Sea Properties*, fastest growing real estate firm based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced *HR Manager* to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR operations and functions, and a good understanding of the Dubai real estate industry
The HR manager will be responsible for: recruiting, talent management, staff development, salary and compensation, benefits, employee relations with emphasis on legal and policy compliance, and employee communication. Duties & Responsibilities Recruitment, Hiring, and Onboarding
*Responsibilities:*
• Manages operational support for recruitment and hiring process to assist managers in updating job descriptions, post job vacancies, review resumes for managers, interviewing, draft offer letters, review vacancy file paperwork collected from managers.
• Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and succession planning
• Keep up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations and ensure company policies are in compliance
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making by senior management
• Establish, set and deliver KPI’s and internal SLA’s as a critical support function within the business.
• Manage a team of HR professionals in the delivery of HR services
• Support design and build of HRIS
*Skills:*
Requirements:
• Must be currently in Dubai and ready to start immediately.
• Master’s degree in human resources.
• 3 years of experience in HR operations and management in Dubai Real Estate is a must
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Dubai.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
