Coordination with clients.

Organizing Telephon to face interviews
Maintaining Recruitment database and MIS
Meeting Clients with regards to assignment
Candidate Requirement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
The ability to craft compelling job descriptions and candidate engagement messages
Proven work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally in a corporate or agency setting.
Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends in talent acquisition.
Familiarity with various sourcing strategies, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, etc.
