Employment: Full Time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
Establishing and developing an independent office to support the operations of retail stores and e-commerce;
Creating hiring process by researching job applicants, posting job offers, reviewing CV’s, scheduling interviews, processing employment doents;
Daily monitoring of office activities and operations in general and reporting to business owner all that is necessary and handling confidential matters with discretion
Attending necessary correspondence to suppliers and clients either via phone or email to screen and direct to the proper person in charge
Arranging calendar and travel bookings, arrangements of meetings, interviews, activities, travel, etc.
Coordinate with different departments within the organization – Accounting, Payroll, Marketing, etc. while acting as the main point of contact on behalf of business owner for outside partners like suppliers and agencies
Follow up with partners and suppliers as needed to close and meet deadlines on projects and make necessary adjustments if required
Taking minutes of the meetings and communicating instructions to members of the organization in a time efficient and clear manner.
Candidate Requirement
Qualifications:
• Open to European, Filipino, Far East and Indian nationals,
• Female, 30-40 years old,
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related courses,
• At least 2 years work experience in an international environment within a corporate setting,
• Must have strong and relevant experience in supporting company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising Admin staffs,
• UAE Driving License is an added advantage,
• Immediately joiners will be prioritized.
