- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Supporting the Export manager and other colleagues.
- Review and prepare trade contracts, LC drafts, and trade-related documents.
- Keep proper records of export and import data.
- Month end duties as required.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Have the knowledge of emailing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a Graduate, management qualification will be an added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Able to commit long term.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
