Male HR ExecutiveJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with hotel?s goals and objectives.?Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews.?Administer benefits and compensation programs, including salary reviews, promotions, and performance management.?Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.?Ensure compliance with all applicable local labour laws and regulations.Requirements:?Bachelor?s degree in HR or related field.?Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the hotel industry.?Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.?Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.?Knowledge of current labour law and regulations in UAE.?Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
