We’re looking for a results-driven HMC Sales Account Manager to actively sell HCM solutions in the UAE & SAR.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new prospects within defined territories through self-generation, Resellers, networking, and business development sales activities.
Present, promote and sell products/services based on the prospect’s needs.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Develops and manages a robust sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales Target
Skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Human Capital Management (HCM) Sales Representative in UAE.
Qualification
MBA or Equivalent
