JOB ROLE
The Manager – Rewards & Performance is responsible for the development and execution of performance management philosophies and strategies, frameworks, and policies to drive optimal organizational behavior in context to Riyadh Air’s Total Rewards philosophy. You will monitor competitive trends in compensation and benefits and evaluate alternatives as well as costs. You will also develop and recommend benefits programs, salary policy lines, administrative procedures, incentives, bonuses, stock options, and other special payment plans for specific segments of Riyadh Air’s population.
You will manage the annual performance management process which includes goal setting through to goal evaluation and alignment to compensation outcomes as well as manage internal pay structures, review job families and ensuring market competitiveness through surveys and benchmarking activities.
