Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
Compliance: Stay abreast of healthcare regulations and standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Budget Management: Manage program budgets for financial sustainability.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess program outcomes.
Community Outreach: Engage in community outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
Proven experience in healthcare program management.
Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare system and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Project management certification (preferred).
Ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
