B2C Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer service and ensure all clients are being handled properly
• Work with Customer service, design and production to offer new products and services
• Develop a creative marketing plans and execute them
• Responsible to achieve monthly sales target from B2C division
• Handle all social media channels and ensure daily postings
• Look at the details to improve client experience from taking the order to packaging and delivery
• Work with Production Manager to come-up with new products
• Contact suppliers for material selection.

Experience

• Graphic Design, marketing and communication skills
• Excellent understanding in Qatari culture
• Artistic taste
• Bilingual (Arabic and English)
• Excellent communication skills
• Bonus: understanding in printing productions
• Experience in B2C similar fields 3 years
• Bonus Experience in occasions (marriage, new born receptions, henna, graduations, birthdays, etc)
• Bonus experience in Crafts (Greeting cards, gifts, boxes, etc)
• Leadership skills
• Problem solving skills
• Accountability and sense of responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: QAR5,500.00 – QAR6,000.00 per month
