Job Description:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable management including recording invoicing, booking, filings vouchers, and maintaining their respective ledgers including all other allied tasks, including consideration for FTA uae & ksa vat laws, & uae corporate tax. / & ksa
Ensure suppliers and clients reconciliation every 30 days & books of accounts are in agreement with vendors, with proper approvals & supporting’s,
Keep record of invoices, delivery notes, receipts, payments and other supporting’s as the case may be.
Petty cash management, booking and filing relevant records/vouchers, record keeping & documentation for future reference & for audit purpose,
Gl accounting till finalization of trial balance and financial reports.
Job creation, job costing and analyzing profitability and job audit.
preparing, releasing, controlling and recording labor & admin staff payroll, with overtime release,
Controlling banks through online access, daily bank reconciliations, & reporting on daily basis for daily movement, updating pdc schedules,
Quick cash projection report, collections & payables, weekly report,
Internal management reporting, i.e. schedules as required by nature of cost / item up to satisfactory level of control,
Ensure correct & accessible filling of complex journal vouchers entries / adjustments with supporting workings / documents attached for future reference,
Managing, fulfilling the documentation need, and maintaining records to be complete & up to satisfactory level for external audit or fta or for any other authority.
Daily reporting on closing bank position & bank reconciliation report including preparation & reconciliation of post dated cheques schedule on daily basis & reporting for cash planning & decision making & handling pos discounting facility.
Daily petty cash report preparation & reporting to md for advances to employees, final settlements released, cash paid for md office expenses, fuel & personal expenses.
Logistics tracking, documents preparation for import & export, coordinating with related authorities, & internally to manage shipments.
Support within erp implementation,
Any other task, as the case may be, assigned by the line manager, for the company or, for any related parties, owned by same management.
Min qualification:
Accounting graduate, acca, b.com, with min 3 year of uae experience & overall 5 year of experience
Location: dubai – ( if required will have to travel / relocate to ksa)
Language: arabic is an added advantage
Nationality & gender: open for all
Salary range: 6k dhs (benefits as per uae laws )
