Job Description
We are looking for a well experienced Digital Marketing Director to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for our company. The Digital Marketing Director will direct and control the overall marketing department while reporting to the CEO and collaborating with The Business Director and Administration. Ultimately, the Digital Marketing Director should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve the company’s business objectives.
Objectives of this Role
Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing clients.
Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and client trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
Responsibilities
Build our digital marketing agency’s roadmap, strategically and operationally.
Lead the development of our marketing agency’s roadmap and plans in collaboration with management, social media team and creative teams.
Create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our services.
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
Prepare budget, set KPIs and measure ROI.
Manage multiple sub-departmental teams from social media, creative, influencer and partnerships.
Create functional strategies and specific objectives for sub-departments.
Develop and implements policies and procedures to support the functional sub-departments.
Motivate digital marketing teams to achieve goals and stay up to date with digital technology developments.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Director.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel’s function.
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field.
Established portfolio of contacts with different entities both public and private across UAE and MENA region.
