Job Summary
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role. The successful candidate will be required to execute routine to medium complexity procurements, conduct supplier management and engage with the Program Management Office (PMO), Engineering, Finance, Logistics and other functions
Responsibilities to Anticipate
In this role, you will directly support various end customers who use Raytheon Technologies’ products in vibrant and changing environments. Your main responsibilities will include:
Placing international purchase orders for materials, services, and consumables. Ensure compliance to Raytheon policies and procedures. Actions will include selecting suppliers, requesting quotes, price analysis, negotiations, purchase order execution and post-award management Managing supplier performance and relationships, as well as identifying new sources of supply as needed. Managing supplier’s critical path in support of key program milestones and bringing issues to resolution. Resolve any issues with suppliers Provide accurate and timely reports on status, highlights, and/or issues to various levels of leadership on a regular basis Constant communication with various internal and external stakeholders regarding needs and updates
Qualifications You Must Have
Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in a business, supply chain or similar role Required Education (including Major): BS/BA from a 4 year accredited college or university

International work experience or exposure to various cultures Experience with Statements of Work (SOW) and MRP systems such as SAP (PRISM, APEX) Demonstrated understanding of all phases of sourcing and procurement execution Proficiency to perform and comprehend price and cost analysis, source selection/justification, analysis of supplier quotation Demonstrated ability to place and manage high volume of purchase orders of low/medium complexity including documentation Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment Demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate new information, processes and tools and adapt to change. Excellent time management skills – manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the team performance cadence (PO on-time-delivery (OTD) confirmation, resolution of Blocked Invoices) Expert use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams Multilingual Experience creating and delivering written reports and presentations to managers, peers, and other stakeholders Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally to internal customers and suppliers and understand how to identify and escalate issues Previous experience working in Team’s environment Experience applying analytical, problem-solving skills Data analysis and metrics development Experience working on a geographically dispersed team Experience/knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS), International
