• The Modern Trade Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing key modern trade accounts, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with modern trade partners. Your role involves implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the brand’s presence and prominence within modern trade channels.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key modern trade partners, including major retail chains and hypermarkets.
• Understand and address the specific needs, challenges, and requirements of each account.
• Collaborate with the Modern Trade Manager to develop and execute sales strategies and objectives.
• Implement sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance for modern trade accounts, including product performance, sales trends, and market dynamics.
• Proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth and take appropriate actions.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in modern trade channels.
• Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and gain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute modern trade-specific promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional activities within modern trade accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, account interactions, and market intelligence.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and analyses specific to modern trade accounts for review with the Modern Trade Manager.
• Conduct negotiations with modern trade partners to secure favorable terms and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within modern trade accounts.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field, preferably with Master Degree.
• A minimum of 2 years experience on the same field preferably in FMCG/Modern Trade
• Excellent Communication Skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• Proficient in M.S. Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint]
• With Qatar Ligh Driving License
