Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attending Qatar Ministries and Government Authorities covering client matters.
- Assist the company clients with establishment of their company, obtain commercial registrations, complete membership of QCC, Municipality license and other government and ministries legislations.
- Managing all the personnel tasks (Visa/ RP issuance, renewal and cancellation)
- Full awareness of the Qatari Local trends, law, and culture.
- Translation of documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Dealing with all sorts of immigration papers and documents.
- Compiling and preparing the application files.
- Responsible for all labour procedures, visa and emigration processing.
- Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law.
- Processing of Ministry of Chamber of Commerce
- Processing of Ministry of Labour all attestation
- Handle companies’ registration and jobs related with government.
- Handling searching follow up dept. CID.
- All Immigration & Labour Dept application forms Arabic typing.
- Processing of new employees Medical, Fingerprint, Exit Permit
- Processing all E Government from online.
- Processing of Duty Exemption & all Customs required documents
- Issuing New Employment, Business and Tourist Visa from Immigration.
- Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
Desired Skills & Experience
- QATAR DRIVING LICENSE IS MUST.
- Good communications skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational skills
- Presentation skills and attention to detail
- Should be able to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
- Should be able to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Complete knowledge of office Applications
- Should be tactful, discretion, respect for confidentiality, reliability and honesty
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: QAR5,000.00 – QAR6,500.00 per month
