Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attending Qatar Ministries and Government Authorities covering client matters.
• Assist the company clients with establishment of their company, obtain commercial registrations, complete membership of QCC, Municipality license and other government and ministries legislations.
• Managing all the personnel tasks (Visa/ RP issuance, renewal and cancellation)
• Full awareness of the Qatari Local trends, law, and culture.
• Translation of documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
• Dealing with all sorts of immigration papers and documents.
• Compiling and preparing the application files.
• Responsible for all labour procedures, visa and emigration processing.
• Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law.
• Processing of Ministry of Chamber of Commerce
• Processing of Ministry of Labour all attestation
• Handle companies’ registration and jobs related with government.
• Handling searching follow up dept. CID.
• All Immigration & Labour Dept application forms Arabic typing.
• Processing of new employees Medical, Fingerprint, Exit Permit
• Processing all E Government from online.
• Processing of Duty Exemption & all Customs required documents
• Issuing New Employment, Business and Tourist Visa from Immigration.
• Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management

Desired Skills & Experience

• QATAR DRIVING LICENSE IS MUST.
• Good communications skills in English and Arabic
• Strong organizational skills
• Presentation skills and attention to detail
• Should be able to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
• Should be able to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Complete knowledge of office Applications
• Should be tactful, discretion, respect for confidentiality, reliability and honesty

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: QAR5,000.00 – QAR6,500.00 per month
