About the role
We are recruiting for Real-Time Management Officer for Commercial Department – Contact Centre based in Doha.
The role is responsible for workforce management of the Global contact centre across four locations, managing all voice and non-voice queues and skillsets and making effective optimizations to maximize the utilization of resources to meet the estimated KPIs targets throughout hours of operations. Also, this role will be managing the forecast, schedule, intraday process and daily exception management on the WFM tools. Activate staffing and demand measures driven by anticipation of market and service real-time trends.
