About the role
You will be responsible for supporting the department with Sponsorship & CSR administrative requirements and to ensure all documentation are in place following QR internal policies. In addition, you will need to support operations for assigned projects.
Other key responsibilities are:
Operational:
– Provide administrative and operational support to the head of the section/department and Team. This includes raising CMCs, PR/PE/PO, Invoices, Giveaways and other related management.
– Assist in raising internal requisitions, paperwork and documentation to process Sponsorships & CSR requirements for current and upcoming projects
– Take active part at the assigned projects and ensuring all benefits/deliverables are being executed by ensuring OR receives all their rights as per agreements with sponsored projects
– Communicate with external parties and be the point of contact for any requirements for the fulfilment of agreed Sponsorship benefits and CSR outcomes. In addition, keep track of the same.
– Maintain all online and offline updates for the section by ensuring Sponsorships & CSR sections on the internet and intranet are continuously updated with relevant information.
– Work closely with internal sections to ensure deadlines related with projects are effectively met. Ensure deadlines related requirements are met.
– Coordinate with internal staff such as distribution clerks and other departments to ensure tasks that require their assistances are fulfilled. Maintain professional relationships with internal/external parties at all times.
– Keep track and maintain records of all requisition forms and section files.
– Keep internal systems thoroughly updated.
– Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports as required in relation to Sponsorships & CSR projects.
– Update office policies and processes as needed.
– Schedule meetings, process agendas and meeting minutes.
– Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

– Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 2 years of job-related experience
