As Lead Customer Experience Research Officer, you will be responsible to provide end-to-end management of all research activities conducted by Customer Experience including research plan, design, execution and analysis. You will also be in charge of all customer feedback related data processing and develop reporting requirements for various internal clients.
In addition to the above, other key responsibilities includes:
Contribute to the customer research strategy by providing research-based customer-centric reports and dashboards with observation, analysis, key findings and recommendations on customer experience and research feedback. Develop detailed business acumen and understanding of the operations to provide relevant research feedback based on the client’s requirements. Maintain documentation of processes and deliverables and be the main source of information on best practices and competitor research insights with a focus on benchmarking and development plan. Work with IT team and clients to improve research data quality, data collection mechanisms, data usage and present research projects to ensure operational efficiency. Support knowledge and best practices sharing of topics, development of KPI measurement, techniques and technology to ensure business continuity in the team.

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role you should have:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Social Sciences, Marketing Research, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or Economics from a reputable university with at least 4 years of job-related experience in a large multinational organization. Expertise in research methodologies, consumer behavior, and market research activities. Expertise in survey platforms, tools and in reports and analysis of complex customer and/or commercial data. Specialist skills in various extraction, transformation, analytical and visualization systems and tools such as SAS, SPSS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SAP BOBJ, Microsoft Excel, etc. Knowledge in customer service/customer success/customer experience or engagement. Coaching, training and mentoring skills Good command of English language. Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
