Established in the region for 40 years, PwC has around 10,000 people in 12 countries across the region: Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, the Palestinian territories, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Line of Service Overview
Our Middle East Assurance practice includes over 2,300 people based in 12 countries across the region and is part of PwC’s global network that is operating worldwide. PwC Middle East’s Assurance practice combines the right mix of human-led and tech powered solutions to provide our clients with quality audits and other risk services that create confidence and impact in our region and across society.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Advise / counsel queries relating to PQs including but not limited FIA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, CFA, CIPD, DipIFR, CIMA, ICAEW, PwC’s Management Development Programme and non-PQs (open courses) directing students to the best suited programmes
Support personnel for customer interaction, engagement and relationship building
Convert leads to registered students status as per the sales targets. Support the entire sales process from lead generation and negotiation, to closing
Support Retail Sales:
Incoming and outgoing calls to enquiries generated from marketing activities
Walk in clients
Cold calls
Contacting old or unqualified leads
Providing sales support
Support sales and other promotional events including but not limited to open days, info sessions, workshops, field trips, student benefit sessions, School and University career fairs, exhibitions and social events to generate leads
Communicating effectively with clients / customers, ensuring minimum response times
Updating and maintaining CRM to ensure validity and completeness
Conduct secondary research and cold calling to build PwC’s database
Assist in collecting payments, invoicing and liaising with finance on payment status
What will you bring

Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic skills
Excellent administrative and organisation skills
Experience with cold calling will be preferred

Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends as and when required)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus
Business development and client relationship building skills
Willingness to challenge the norms and to create a cohesive and effective working team
Excellent project management skills
Knowledge in using technologies, and experience using Data Analytics tools is a plus
Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
