Job Description

• Manage Accounts Payable independently.
• Timely and effective communication.
• General administrative tasks: suppliers in order to maintain a good relation and to interact problems / challenges timely.
• Reporting to finance manager with monthly payable reports, any internal challenges on AP invoices.
• Monitoring AP / General Ledger (non-trade accounts).
• Process optimization.
• Preparing monthly VAT declaration / attend all VAT assessments.
• Preparing monthly GOSI & WHT settlement.
• Manage petty cash, B/L cash deposits.
• Maintaining relationship with other departments to maintain a cohesive environment in the office.
• Ensure all matters consistent with Global & company policies and Laws are strictly adhered.

Job Requirements

• Higher Education; Accounting / Professional qualification.
• Minimum 2-5 years experience as a senior Accounts Executive.
• Knowledge of different accounting software ( Microsoft AX, ERP would be a benefit, etc. ).
• Knowledge of MS Office Packages (i.e. MS Excel, Powerpoint is mandatory).
• Knowledge of business languages: excellent English and other soft skills.
