The Role:

As our Software Developer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, engaging in exciting projects around website development, machine learning, harnessing data insights, integrating AI and implementing automation. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our in-house software systems. Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process automation.
• Design and develop automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall productivity.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify automation possibilities, recommending solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Write and maintain code to create custom scripts and automation workflows tailored to specific tasks or processes.
• Test and troubleshoot automation systems to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to end-users on using and managing automated processes, fostering adoption and proficiency.
• Proficiency in using version control systems like Git to manage code changes, collaborate with team members, and maintain a clean codebase.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of automation systems and data.
• Developing and deploying AI models to predict trends, optimize operations, and improve decision-making.
• Managing and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive business growth.
• Document system designs, configurations, and procedures to create comprehensive reference materials.
• Upkeeping and enhancing our company’s website, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Customizing software solutions to fit our unique business needs.
• Undertaking comprehensive data analysis and creating machine learning algorithms for data-driven decisions.
• Working with substantial datasets, identifying innovative ways to optimize our operations.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and development strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a software developer, software engineer, or similar role.

Automation

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, which are commonly used for automating tasks and building software solutions.
• Experience with workflow automation tools like Apache Airflow or Jenkins to streamline processes and scheduling.
• Ability to create and maintain scripts and tools that automate repetitive tasks, data extraction, and reporting.

Artificial Intelligence

• Understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, and clustering.
• Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Ability to develop and deploy AI models for tasks like predictive analytics, recommendation systems, or natural language processing (NLP).

Data Management

• Experience with handling and processing large datasets, data cleaning, transformation normalization using systems like SQL and NoSQL, as well as data modeling and schema design.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data integration techniques for consolidating information from various sources.

Others

• Proficiency in integrating with third-party APIs and services, which can be crucial for pulling in external data sources or connecting with real estate platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as they offer scalable infrastructure and services for hosting AI models, databases, and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills.
