HR Officer required
Background with manpower supply is a must.
Knowledge in UAE visa processing.
Assisting the PRO with the complete employment process.
Maintains 201 files through EPRO system.
Application of health insurance and coordinating with the insurance company.
Monitoring employee documents such as passports, Passports, Visa, Emirates ID, Insurance etc.
Accounts/Payroll required
Process monthly payroll for employees, handling timesheets and ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Manage employee benefits, including leave, allowances, and deductions.
Collaborate with HR to maintain up-to-date employee records.
Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare payroll reports and documentation for audits.
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
