Job Responsibilities 1Principal Accountabilities – Proposal management, leadership, and oversight of assigned proposal management projects, ensuring the integrity of implementation of Creative?s proposal development process – Dynamic representation of the Business Development Division across other divisions within the company – Contributes to developing and conducting training to staff company wide to enhance business development capacity – Keeps abreast of major trends in the marketplace, attending workshops and conferences to ensure relevance of company?s bidding strategy. – Provides input to company wide new business development strategic priorities, informed by market trend analysis – Leads development of bids and proposals, including the following tasks – Formation of proposal team (in concert with the technical division), and development of all preparatory materials for successful kick-off (e.g., solicitation analysis, calendar) – Develops, in collaboration with the Technical Lead, technical and cost volume outlines, writing assignments, compliance matrices, and layout/style protocols – Facilitates/leads design sessions that result in responsive program designs – Formalizes agreements with partners – Leads the Proposal Color Team reviews and directs follow-up revisions; – Ensures overall proposal quality, responsiveness, and compliance with the solicitation; and Oversees preparation of the proposal for delivery and submits proposal to client. – Ensure win strategy, technical solution, win themes, discriminators, compliance, and clear – understanding of the requirements are well-articulated and consistent throughout final proposal documents – Facilitate proposal reviews (e.g., Initial Draft) and make ongoing recommendations to ensure compliance and increase proposal scorability – Write and edit sections of Government proposals – Collaborate with executives, management teams, functional units, HR, Finance, BD personnel, stakeholders, partners, and subject matter experts to provide proposal leadership, support, and overall direction – Maintain tight, proactive communication with proposal and business unit leadership to ensure all necessary resources and activities are available to achieve a successful proposal submission – Manage multiple proposal tasks with sometimes rapid turnaround deadlines – Oversee development of high quality, high impact artwork and graphics for proposals – Assist with and at times lead efforts to develop opportunity pipeline, research opportunities, and perform reviewJob Responsibilities 2Additional Responsibilities 3Job Knowledge & SkillsJob ExperienceCompetenciesShows Entrepreneurial Spirit – ProficientAgility – ProficientStrives for Innovation – ProficientDemonstrates Resilience – ProficientCreates Strategy M2Demonstrates Accountability – ProficientDrives Performance M2Cultivates Loyalty & Integrity – ProficientPromotes Teamwork – ProficientDevelops Future Leaders M2Knowledge Of International Construction Standards /Specs L2Sound Underatnding Of ClientS Requirements L2Develop Method Statements/ Execution Plans L2Prepare Company /Projects Presentations L2Computer Skills L2Evaluating Subcontractors Technical Capabilities L2Displays Customer Centricity – ProficientEducation
