Fitness Manager
As the Fitness Manager, you will ensure an exceptional gym floor experience for their members through operational excellence and drive, develop and support the Fitness Team to achieve targets while ensuring the whole Team are working to the required standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fitness club team environment in the Middle East within an established club or fitness brand; with at least 1 year in a leadership role, successfully managing a team of personal trainers.
• Minimum Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, ideally Level 4, or willingness to qualify at the earliest opportunity.
• Additional CPDs a bonus.
• European Nationality.
• Must have a proven track record as a successful personal trainer.
• Commercial acumen with experience of successfully working towards targets and KPIs.
• Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• You must be flexible about working hours.
• A positive attitude and want to be pushed to never accept anything less than your best every time.
