Job Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the waitstaff to deliver exceptional service aligned with Play’s standards.
Interact with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a personalized and memorable dining experience.
Address guest concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen team and management to ensure seamless service and timely food delivery.
Uphold Play’s ambiance and brand image by maintaining cleanliness, proper table setup, and adherence to hygiene standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Play’s operational protocols.
Assist in managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders to optimize supplies and minimize wastage.
Monitor equipment and report any maintenance needs to ensure a seamless service environment.

Minimum Experience

The ideal candidate must have a passion for hospitality with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant.
Previous experience in a high-end dining establishment or similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in Dubai’s dynamic food scene.
Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards, food, beverages, and wine pairings.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Proficiency in using restaurant management software and reservation systems.
Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (21 years old)
