We are seeking a highly skilled and organized DC with significant experience in the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing doentation for projects, particularly with ADNOC onshore.
Responsibilities:
DC Management:
•Implement and maintain an efficient DC control system for onshore or offshore projects in accordance with industry standards and ADNOC requirements.
•Ensure proper naming, numbering, and filing of docs to facilitate easy retrieval.
•Collaborate with project teams to establish and enforce doc control procedures.
ADNOC Compliance:
•Stay updated on ADNOC regulations and standards related to doc control.
•Ensure all project docs aligns with ADNOC requirements and specifications.
•Facilitate internal and external audits to verify compliance.
Data Entry and Maintenance:
•Input and update information in the doc management system accurately and in a timely manner.
•Regularly review and cleanse the database to eliminate outdated or redundant docs.
Communication:
•Liaise with various departments, contractors, and stakeholders to collect, review, and distribute docs.
•Provide support in doentations-related queries and issues.
Quality Assurance:
•Implement quality checks on docs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
•Collaborate with project teams to resolve discrepancies and improve doc processes.
•Offer ongoing support to project teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the doc control system.
Candidate Requirement
Qualifications and Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•Minimum 2-5 years of UAE experience as a DC in the Oil and Gas industry, with specific exposure to onshore ADNOC projects.
•Familiarity with ADNOC DC control standards and processes.
•Proficient in DC management software (EDMS), Microsoft Office Suite.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
