Job Summary
As a Service Engineer at Q-Fab, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of Wirtgen machinery. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing complex electronic and mechanical issues, installing and maintaining Wirtgen equipment at customer sites, and providing technical assistance to customers to enhance their utilization of Wirtgen products.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex electronic and mechanical issues with Wirtgen machinery.
- Install, start-up, troubleshoot, and maintain Wirtgen equipment at customer sites.
- Provide technical assistance to customers to maximize their utilization of Wirtgen products.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers
- Train operators and maintenance personnel on best practices to ensure efficient and safe use of Wirtgen machinery
- Participate in the development of technical training materials for Wirtgen products
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve service department goals and objectives
