People Dynamics Looking for Senior Coordinator at Doha, Qatar Full Time

Operations Direct, co-ordinate and achieve service level objectives related to the warehousing operationsManage and move operation from 3PL (outsource provider) to in-house service. Supervise team to accomplish on-time and on-budget shipmentMaintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvementsAccomplish warehouse and organization / customers’ mission by completing related requirements as neededMeasure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and team members’ performanceMaintain records for all inbound receipts/outbound dispatch per documented processes as well as non-conforming products, purchase orders, advance shipment note or damaged shipmentsSystem and Reporting Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problemsProduce reports and spreadsheets on trend analysis, progress order status, related inventory and distribution control activitiesCompile weekly reports centered correctly towards primary company KPIs for safety practices and acknowledgementMeet warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvementsLeadership and Training Provide recommendations on new subordinate hires and ensure the availability of all resources required to perform assigned tasks and activitiesSupervise subordinate staff, assign work activities, monitor performance and review resultsAct as a coach to subordinates, identify their training and career development, recommend training courses and follow-up on their personnel records such as timesheets, discipline, vacations, leaves and absenteeismOther Perform other job-related duties and projects as assignedMinimum Requirement Experience in 3PL operationExperience in Mega warehousesExperience in FMCG, Retail, DistributionExperience in using WMSMust be flexible to work in shifts 24/7Salary: QAR 12,000 to QAR 14,000 p.m (all-inclusive salary)

– Diploma in a relevant field
– Bachelor’s Degree is preferred Professional Experience:
– 3-5 years’ experience in similar role in the warehousing industry
– Previous supervisory experience is preferred Computer Skills:
– Working knowledge of Office and web applications
– Experience in using modern WMS systems including barcoding, Master data, RF, etc.. Language Skills:
– Fluent in English – both written and spoken
