People Dynamics Hiring for Gym Receptionist (Initial 2 months Contract) Job at Doha Full Time

We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for our members, greeting them upon entry to the gym. A bubbly and bright personality is a must!

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments with clients to start new memberships or follow up on past memberships
• Monitoring the front desk and answering incoming calls, greeting customers as they enter the gym, and answering questions about the facilitys services and pricing
• Processing membership applications and fees, collecting personal information, and issuing memberships
• Taking care of basic customer service tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients by name, and checking in members
• Updating member records with new contact information and payment details
• Maintaining membership records and processing fees as directed by management
• Collecting payment from members for gym services rendered
• Explaining facility policies and procedures to new members and helping them get acquainted with the facility
• Making the necessary arrangements for any events, celebrations etc as directed by management
• Giving regular tours to new prospective leads/members
• Making regular sales calls, communicating promotions, schedule changes and other important operational matters
• Assisting members with regular in-body analysis booking when required
• Communicating with outside freelance staff & partner companies to maintain clear operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 2 months

Salary: QAR4,000.00 – QAR5,000.00 per month
