The HR Manager will work closely with the Head of Learning and Development to ensure that the company’s human resources strategy is aligned with the overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the company
Oversee conduct of interviews and authorize job offers
Manage the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
2. HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with relevant Saudi legislation and aligned with the company’s culture and values
Update policies and procedures as required to ensure compliance to Saudi law and effectiveness
Communicate policies and procedures to employees and ensure adherence
3. Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations to promote a positive work environment and ensure employee satisfaction
Address employee grievances and provide support to employees in difficult situations
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues
4. Performance Management:
Direct and implement the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management issues
Ensure that performance management processes are fair, consistent, and aligned with Saudi Law and the company’s business goals
Implement and oversee the company disciplinary process in line with Saudi Labor Law
5. Training and Development:
Develop and execute training programs that support the company’s business goals and promote employee growth and development
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as required
Partner with the Director of Training and Development to ensure that training programs are aligned with the company’s overall training and development strategy
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a human resources management role
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience in training and development
