HR Executive – Audit and Operations
Job Summary:
As an HR Executive specializing in Audit and Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant functioning of our HR department. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures, with a focus on evaluating the work of HR Assistants. Through meticulous analysis and attention to detail, you will identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure that HR operations are executed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
1.Audit and Compliance:
Conduct regular audits of HR processes, including but not limited to onboarding, payroll, Employment letters/ contract writing, client communication and employee records management.
Review the work of HR Assistants to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or areas of non-compliance, and develop action plans to address deficiencies promptly.
Stay abreast of changes in UAE employment laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and recommend policy updates as necessary.
2.Performance Evaluation:
Evaluate the performance of HR Assistants through objective assessment criteria and performance metrics to be provided by HR Manager.
Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance to HR Assistants to support their professional development and enhance their effectiveness.
Recognize exemplary performance and address performance issues proactively to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
3.Process Improvement:
Collaborate with the HR Manager on the Performance of the Team members and to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and implement efficiency improvements.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to optimize HR operations and enhance data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and implement standardized procedures, checklists, and workflows to ensure consistency and effectiveness across HR functions.
4.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of audit findings, corrective actions, and process improvements.
Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing audit results, key metrics, and progress against operational goals.
Communicate findings and recommendations to HR leadership and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR operations, audit, or compliance role, with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
Strong understanding of UAE Labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
